Monstera sp. Peru (karstenianum)

Monstera sp. Peru...It is also widely known as Monstera karstenianum but that is not a scientifically accepted name. If you are in love with the Monstera family you need one of these! The leaves are large and corrugated in texture the foliage is a deep dark green. Just awesome!  Pretty easy to care for grows slow but steady you could leave as it is and let it a trail or give it a support pole to climb.

Commonly known as M. karstenianum (not a scientifically accepted name) and also goes under the name Monstera sp. Peru and thought to be a kind of M. Pinnatipartita. A hardy aroid sought for its shiny, puckered dark green leaves. It's a slow but steady grower that's easy to care for and thrives in mild climates with filtered sunlight (70-85%). Stiff leathery leaves are spaced approximately 2” apart. Let it trail down or give it a burlap pole to climb up.

One package contains 1 plant. We ship only healthy (in pot) growing plants. We carefully remove the soil and wrap the roots in humid sterile coconut peat. Then we gently pack the root ball in a plastic bag. After that, we wrap the plant in newspaper and then in a strong cardboard box with Thai registered airmail.
