It is a celadon boxbox made in the Goryeo Dynasty and has a height of 43.0 cm, a maw diameter of 6.3 cm, and a base diameter of 15.3 cm.
As a typical form of the mid-Goryeo period, the rather wide maw, the appropriately expanded shoulder area, and the shoulder line form an ideal shape with the line of the body. The glaze is pale green in color, relatively transparent, with thin ice streaks. The pattern on the top of the lid is simple, and the lotus leaf pattern on the side is divided into three places and carved with a simple brushstroke. The lotus pattern is simply carved in the four central parts of the body.
It is the only one of its kind in existence with a lid and a single body, and it is a unique work of the first half of the 12th century with its imposing shape and refined patterns.'문화재 > 내가 본 국보' 카테고리의 다른 글
