Description

'Blazing Fire' Is a dainty little plant, flowering for months in summer and produces masses of starry flowers, orange and yellow flowers. A vigorous but dainty scrambling and spreading plant. Strictly a tender perennial but it can be raised from seed and treated as an annual. A very useful plant for containers or for trailing from a hanging basket.

It is worth putting one or two in the border to scramble about amongst your herbaceous plants. It's starry flowers pop up in unexpected places and give an element of unplanned surprise to a planting. A magnet for bees and butterflies. Great for hanging baskets and growing in containers.

Bidens comes from Latin bis , twice and dens tooth and refers to the shape of the seed capsule. ferulifolia = fennel like leaves
