Haw. Haworthia fasciata is a species in the genus Haworthia. It is sometimes referred to as zebra cactus. The plants are generally small, less than 10 cm (4 in) high. The triangular shaped leaves are dark green with narrow white crested strips on the outside. At the end of the leaf is a non acute spine. The species has very similar markings to Haworthia attenuata, both of which are commonly grown as house plants. Flowers appear in summer on the end of an inflorescence.
