'Professor Einstein' provides gardeners with a brilliant large flower that features a waxy orange cup set against glistening white petals. It generally blooms in mid-spring and has a pleasant fragrance. This plant also naturalizes well in a garden and readily comes back year after year. And as a bonus, deer shun its blooms, as they do all daffodils. 'Professor Einstein' falls into division 2, containing daffodils with center cups that are at least one-third the length of the petals.

The Professor Einstein Narcissus is a very contrasting variety, the flowers are provided with a white crown and a copper-orange, almost red trumpet, they bloom from April to May and have a great longevity.
When mature, the Narcissus Professor Einstein can reach 45 cm in height. Plant it in groups for a more impressive look. It goes very well with other spring bulbs as well as perennials, annuals and flowering shrubs. Narcissus are now increasingly popular because they are synonymous with spring.
Very easy to grow, the Narcissus Professor Einstein grows in the shade of an undergrowth as well as a sunny flowerbed. It can also be grown in pots. You can cut the flowers to put them in a vase, they hold up well, but should not be mixed with other flowers in the same vase: their sap is toxic to them.
