DESCRIPTION: Medium sized, cool growing terrestrial with a single basal, straight, linear, acute, attenuate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late spring on a terminal, erect, sparsely villose, to 16 [to 40 cm] long, rachis 2.4 [6 cm] long, more or less aggregate at the apex, 4 to 10 flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, acuminate, slightly longer than the ovary floral bract.
