Brassocattleya Binosa is an orchid hybrid originated by R.Tanaka in 1950. It is a cross of B. nodosa x C. bicolor. It is considered a "primary hybrid" because it is a cross between two species.

DESCRIPTION: This hardy, medium sized, hot growing epiphyte or lithophyte has cylindrical, short stems enveloped by scarious sheaths with a single, sub-terete, sulcate, acute-apiculate leaf.
