Galearis diantha is an orchid species identified by (Schltr.) P.F.Hunt in 1971. DESCRIPTION: Mini-miniature to miniature sized, cold growing terrestrial with a glabrous stem carrying a single, ovate to ovate-elliptic, subacute, channeled, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late spring and early summer on a glabrous, erect, densely 1 to 5 flowered inflorescence with a lanceolate, acute floral bract.
