This butterwort is very easy to cultivate. A bright place by the window is quite enough for the plant.
Pinguicula tina is one of the few carnivores that doesn't like it quite as moist. It should therefore not be watered in a backlog, but only kept slightly moist. The plant also copes very well with dry periods. It stores water in its fleshy leaves, with which it survives the dry season. With her bats, she can catch and digest small flies.
In summer, it forms a purple bloom. This blooms for days to several weeks.

Pinguicula ‘Tina’ remains compact. The leaves are fragile and look a bit like lettuce which can become quite large. When in flower, this Pinguicula (Butterwort) produces a lovely and attractive purple-coloured flower.
