Nassauvia is a genus of flowering plants in the tribe Nassauvieae within the family Asteraceae. It is native to Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and the Falkland Islands.
Nassauvia is said to be chocolate scented.

> DESCRIPCIÓN
Hábito: Shrubby and/or creeping.
Tamaño: It reaches a maximum height of 1 m.
Hojas: Simple, entire, linear, acute apex and/or mucronate, entire margin, revolute edges, between 3 and / or 7 cm long, smooth or glabrous, leathery (when folded they sound and break), presents tendrils.
Tallo: It has no thorns. Flowers: unisexual and/or hermaphroditic, main color orange and/or red, glabrous, ligulated, pedunculated, solitary, daisy-like, terminal, five stamens on average. It blooms from December to April.
Frutos: Achenes, smooth-glabrous.
