ORIGIN: Found in New Caledonia and Vanuatu in rainforests at elevations of 100 to 200 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small to giant sized, hot growing terrestrial with to eight, distichous from base, narrowly lanceolate, light green leaves that blooms in the spring and early summer on an erect, racemose, densely many flowered inflorescence with persistent, ovate bracts and carrying 6 to 30 fragrant flowers.
