BEGONIA REX ETNA

Begonia rex Etna belongs to the group of rex begonias. Its asymmetrical leaves are slightly ovate and pointed, black with multiple maroon spots and with a metallic sheen depending on the light intensity it receives. The underside is purple and smooth in texture, just like the upper part. It can be grown both indoors and outdoors as long as it does not suffer from frost. Its colors can be accentuated depending on the light it receives, the more light, the brighter they will be.

• Light: semi-shade, never direct sun
• Irrigation: moderate, avoid direct watering on the leaves and waterlogging
• Temperature range: 10 - 30 ºC
• Substratum: loose and rich in organic matter, we recommend our general substrate
