Rhodohypoxis baurii is a species in the genus Rhodohypoxis in the family Hypoxidaceae. It is also known by the common names red star and rosy posy.

• Type: Herbaceous tuft-forming cormous perennial.
• Height/spread: 5- 6- 10 cm (2-2.5-4in) high and wide.
• Leaves: Very hairy dull grey-green, lance-shaped grasslike leaves. Leaves are keeled and folded, with both surfaces and margins being hairy.
• Flowers: Solitary 6-petalled star-shaped upturned flowers are held on slender, short stems which are about the same height as the leaves. Colors range from white through pale pink to deep pink and red(색상은 흰색에서 은 분홍색에서 진한 분홍색과 빨간색까지 다양합니다.). Blooms throughout summer.
