Lithops salicola 'Sato's Violet'

Aizoaceae.   Also known as 'Bacchus', this is a rarely seen variety of this popular species. It is a beautiful deep burgundy to purple living stones variety.  When the leaves are first coming out for the year they are at their most intense reddish purple. As the leaves mature over the following months they become more purple gray.
