Fragaria 'Lipstick'

This beautiful variety of ornamental strawberry has a profuse display of bright pink flowers from May to September, which are held high on short stalks above the deep green leaves. A real show stopper – this lovely specimen was featured in our Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal display, and if looked after well during the growing season, it will produce small white strawberries with a hint of pink through the fruit. It is a good idea to remove the fruit to encourage more flowers throughout the season.
