Delphinium Blue Bird Group has spikes of mid blue flowers with white-breast-like centres are carried with bird-like-proudness above a clump of mid-green foliage. Tall, so some people list it as a Pacific Hybrid - doubtful as I've never heard of a Arthurian Knight called Bluebird.
