Strawflower, King Size Series (Helichrysum bracteatum): 4’ Giant Tetraploid strain with extra thick stems and special colors, wonderful in cottage gardens and borders. Blooms in bright rose, Fireball (vivid red), golden, orange, silvery rose and white. Annual. Full sun. Blooms all summer. (Approximately 30 seeds per packet.)

Seed sowing instructions: Sow seed indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date on the surface of a moistened, good seed-starting mix. Cover seed lightly with fine grit or seed-starting mix, provide light and keep moist, in warm temperatures, 70-75 degrees F. They can then be transplanted out when large enough to handle and temperatures stay above freezing.
