Cephalocereus nizandensis is a species of plant in the Cactaceae family.
Distribution and habitat
It is endemic to Mexico in Oaxaca in Juchitán de Zaragoza, on rocky soils at 200 m altitude (200 m)
Description
It is a wooded cactus up to 3 m tall with a stem of 12 to 15 cm in diameter and 25 to 28 ribs; It has 6 central spines 1 cm long and approx. 16 radial spines 1.5 to 3 cm long.
